With the holiday baking ahead of me, I will use a lot of Powdered Sugar or Confectioners sugar. I don’t know why this sugar has two names but it is the same thing. It drives me crazy when I go to make a recipe and I don’t have enough Powdered Sugar to frost a cake or finish a recipe. The thing is, I don’t panic anymore and I don’t run to the store either, I just make my own!
